This Support and Help section it's in a very primitive stage, we'll work continuously on it, in the next weeks, to improve and make it easy to understand and to use, we'll add movies and step by step explanations, also following your feedbacks. In this time, as we are using the well known Wordpress MU software for multiblogs and Buddypress for social network, you can use, as guide, movies that are available in the Wordpress repository, directly in Wordpress.tv mostly part in english but there are some in spanish, french and italian. Also, we use, for the articles that you can find in this site, the documentation provided by Sue Waters and  WPMU DEV. under Creative commons license in Edublogs.org, this is why you will find many reference to her or these sites, in documentation. Wordpress MU it's one of the most used blogs platform, millions of users of any age and culture and have one of the most easy even if powerful interface and administration, feel free to play with features and try what you want, in case something doesn't works, can always come back :)
